Rentalbot LTD provides vacation rental owners, property managers and agents with the property management tools and services they need to run their vacation rental properties effectively. Our Rentalbot.com website is a vacation rental property management services site that allows its members to access their listings and tools from anywhere they have a computer and internet access.
Rentalbot.com was purchased by AL & Nelly Rios on July 24, 2006 from its original owner, creator and chief architect Mike Gorman. Mike Gorman had an idea to provide the vacation property owners a better product to manage and list their vacation rental properties on. The original idea was to list the properties on Rentalbot and provide property management tools to the owners along with analysis tools, calendars’ and reservation scripts to post on their sites to help them minimize the amount of information they had to enter into Rentalbot.com. Rentalbot.com then took on the idea to just concentrate on its property management features and all their listings were linked to external sites.
When Rentalbot.com was purchase Mike Gorman put his development hat back on, assisted in rewriting the sites to host its own listings, and made changes like optimizing images uploaded to listing sites. The basic listing sites were also redesigned to not have any external links or show any images. This downgrade was a necessary step to help in keeping the cost of limiting the amount of costly site space to house so many images for basic free listings.
Rentalbot LTD was formed in 2007 to better service our clients and focus primarily on our Rentalbot.com online application tools and services.
The premium listings were upgraded and hosted by Rentalbot.com and the images limit was raised to twelve. We are aggressively marketing our site with Google ad words. . Rentalbot LTD is committed to the Rentalbot.com application and its clients. Our goal is to become the number one all around vacation rental services site online. |
